    Hi Art, thanks for your qeuitson. You should be able to field dress and skin an average size deer with one blade. To be honest, you’ll probably get to the point where you could do two deer with one blade. A lot depends on how you use it. The key is to let the blade do the work, no twisting and no prying. Be careful around bone or antlers you’re just going to cut the ligaments on the joints and then break the joint apart with your hands. Once you get used to it, you won’t go back. I broke a few blades my first time out in the field. But now I almost never break one. Mostly that’s because I’m a bad shot. Knives are shipped as soon as your check or money order has cleared. You will need to sign for delivery. You will have a 5 day “Freelook” period from the time you signed the delivery confirmation.
